I am so lucky to be able to work with such amazing vendors here on Maui. The best part is when they are not only your co-workers, but your friend! This past week my good friend Caprice, from Caprice Nicole Photography, met my husband Jon and I at Kuau Cove, Maui, for a one of kind Christmas card photo shoot!
The November morning was calm and beautiful for the North Shore of Maui.....a blessing considering the unpredictable North Shore showers that can come and go so quickly! As always, Roo, Rocco and Bones proved to be a challenge for the shoot, however, we managed to make the most of the morning.....even though a near by dog had Roo's attention the majority of the time!!!The silly shots always turn out best to me, as I always like the photo jounalistic style the best. The images are able to capture so much more personality, especially when working with animals on film, completely unpredictable & fun!
